Refund policy

We aim to provide excellent customer service on Coco Gifts and Books. This includes good ranges of high quality beautiful gifts, diaries and books we pick, careful packaging, fast order processing and posting service we offer. Besides, we also provide easy and smooth after sale service for our specialised customers.

Change of Mind Return

  • Change of Mind Return should be made within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage and the original postage.
  • Please contact us at azyxian@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before you send the items back. Our return address will be supplied in our respond email.
  • The item should be in its original package, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Once we receive the item in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund.

Please note:  Change of Mind Return is not available for Year Planner or Diary

 

Damage / Faulty Return

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchase from Coco Gifts and Books. If you believe the item you receive is faulty, damaged, not as described, you may be entitled to the remedy under Australia Consumer Law. However, the guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to misuse or abnormal use.

  • Damage or Faulty return claim should be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Please contact us at azyxian@hotmail.com with your order number and some photos to show item damaged or faulty.
  • Refund will be processed as soon as the damage or faulty claim is approved.
  • There is possible that our supplier may need to recall the faulty items, if that happens, we will send you a respond email with a shipping label. You need to print it out, put it on the package and take it to post office or drop it in a red post box.
  • We are fully responsible for the damage lost, cost of original postage and return postage.
